Q: Do you have minimum requirement?
A: We do not have minimum quantity requirement, however, we do have minimum order requirement of US$100 per order. *For trial order not met $100 minimum requirement, a $14.99 shipping and handling will be charged!*

Q. Where do you ship to?
A: We currently only ship to U.S., Canada, U.K, E.U, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We offer free shipping to U.S., Canada, U.K, E.U, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Southeast Asia customers when minimum requirement has met.

We take Hong Kong Post for our Regular and Two Days Delivery (EMS Speed Post). For Next Day delivery, we take FedEX International Priority. Regular Mail under 2kg does not include tracking number and insurance. A tracking number will be provided for Two Days delivery and Next Day Delivery.

Q: What is the delivery time frame?
A: Normally, it will take 1-2 business day to process the order. We will try our best to ship out the order within the same day to meet your deadline.
Then we will ship the items by Hong Kong Post for regular mail and two days delivery(EMS Speed Post). For customer choose next day delivery, we use FedEx International Priority.

We don't responsible for any delay caused by carrier or customs office. We will try our best to provide all the useful information to avoid that delay. However, we have no control on their working time frame.

Q: What is the restrictions of FREE shipping offer?
A: Free shipping offer for order over $100 are shipped via regular air mail by Hong Kong Post. Free Shipping offer cannot redem to cash. Package under 2 kg will not have tracking number or insurance provided. Please see above detail for delivery time fame.

Q: Do you dropship?
A: Due to the complexity and high cost of implementing the dropship program, it is not feasible for us to setup the program at this time

Q: I have a show/deadline to meet in a certain date; can you deliver by that time?
A: We will try our best to meet customers’ deadline. However, due to the high demand on our products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

 

Q: Do you have a catalog that you can send me?
A: Currently we use our online catalog as our catalog.

Q: Do you have the items in stock and do backorder?
A: If the product is displayed online then it means it is in stock at that time. However, due to the high volume of orders some item may be already out of stock by the time an order is placed. We cannot guarantee that all items and quantities will be available to be shipped at anytime. Normally we can fulfill about 70%-90% of the order. We will ship whatever we have. No backorder and no substitution.

Q: How long can I keep my shopping cart?
A: We do not keep shopping cart. All the unconfirmed shopping cart will be automatically deleted.

Q: I have my own design and wishes to custom made my handbag, can you do that?
A: Currently we do not do custom made order. However, we will consider it in the future.

Q: Which currency are your items priced in?
A: All items listed in US dollar.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: At this time, we only accept Paypal. Please contact us if customers wish to use TT transfer. Bijoux Mart will not responsible for any TT transfer fee.

Q: Do you offer discounts for volume purchase?
A: Yes we do.
We offer Volumn discount for bulk buyers, please contact us for details.

Q: Must I submit the reseller information?
A: No, but in order to receive extra benefits like special discounts, we encourage all of our customers to submit the necessary information.

Q: Do you charge Sale Tax?
A: No sale tax will be added for any product.

Q: Do I need to pay tariff or duties?
A: Bijoux Mart will NOT responsible for any cross border tariff or custom duties. Please check up with your customs office for tariff and duties information before you place an order.

Q: How long does it take if I want to order large quantities for a specific product?
A: Quantity over 60 pieces of a specific product take 15-20 days to manufacture. After we received the payment, we will start to manufacture the product.

Q: What if the package is return?
A: Bijoux Mart charge 40% of final value (not include shipping) as restocking fee for return package.

Q: Can I have special request?
A: Yes, please contact us, we will try our best.
