Bijoux Mart offer free EMS SpeedPost shipping to customers in U.S, Canada, U.K, E.U, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Southeast Asia when minimum requirement (USD 100) has met or over. Shipping cost cannot redeem back to cash or store credit even customers prefer other shipping couriers.

Currently, Bijoux Mart takes Hong Kong Post as courier for EMS Speedpost service from Monday to Friday, orders placed on late Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Normally, order will take 1-2 business day to process plus postage time.

1. All sales are FINAL. We will only credit (your account with us) for DEFECTIVE merchandise within 14 days of shipping date accompanied with the invoice #.
2. If you receive defective items, please e-mail us your order # and item #. Please let us know what is wrong with the item. We will e-mail back with a Return Authorization # (R-A #) or instructions. Once we receive your return, we will process refund to your credit card/paypal account.
3. *** VERY IMPORTANT *** - All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging and must not have been worn or in the appearance of being worn. Any items returned out of packaging will not be given any credit.
4. We will not accept any returns of any kind after 14 days of receiving date of merchandise. We are not responsible for any and all shipping charges that may arise for returning of merchandise back to us for credit. We highly recommended customers use the cheapest way to mail the defective items to us. 
5. Please check your fulfilled shipped orders carefully and notify us immediately if there is a mistake, shortage, incorrect items or defective merchandise. We will only refund (your account with us) for any mistakes, shortages, incorrect items shipped, or defective items once these items have been properly returned back to us and/or we have checked and verified your order. We will process refund to your credit card/Paypal account after we receive the item(s).
6. Any returned items without notice, Bijoux Mart will charge a restocking fee of 40% and rest 60% will be returned by store credit. If item needs to be re-sent, buyer will responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
