About Stock Availability All ordered items are supplied depending on availability of merchandise in stock. We cannot guarantee that all items and quantities will be available to be shipped at anytime. No backorders and no substitution, but we will make every effort to fulfill orders completely and notify our customers when items are restocked and be able to be shipped out again. Shipping Bijoux Mart offer free shipping to customers in U.S.A, Canada, U.K, E.U Countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia when minimum requirement has met. Shipping cost cannot redeem back to cash or store credit even customers prefer other shipping carriers. Currently, Bijoux Mart takes Hong Kong Post as carrier for regular mail service. We ship from Monday to Friday, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Normally, order will take 2 business days to process. Return Policy
**VERY IMPORTANT** PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER
All sales are FINAL. We will only credit (your account with us) for DEFECTIVE merchandise within 14 days of shipping date accompanied with the invoice and R-A #. We do not give credit back to your credit card. If you receive defective items, please e-mail us your order # and item #. Please let us know what is wrong with the item. We will e-mail back with a Return Authorization # (R-A #). Once we receive your return, we will issue store credit to your account and will be subtracted on your next purchase automatically. All credits are issued on Sundays, since there is no shipping on that day. *** VERY IMPORTANT *** - All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging and must not have been worn or in the appearance of being worn. Any items returned out of packaging will not be given any credit. We will not accept any returns of any kind after 10 days of receiving date of merchandise. We are not responsible for any and all shipping charges that may arise for returning of merchandise back to us for credit. We highly recommended customers use the cheapest way to mail the defective items to us. Please check your fulfilled shipped orders carefully and notify us immediately if there is a mistake, shortage, incorrect items or defective merchandise. We will only credit (your account with us) for any mistakes, shortages, incorrect items shipped, or defective items once these items have been properly returned back to us and/or we have checked and verified your order. We do not give credit back to your credit card. We will issue store credit back to your account. All credits are issued on Sundays, since there is no shipping on that day. We are not responsible for any returned shipping charges that you may incur. Any returned items without notice, Bijoux Mart will charge a restocking fee of 40% and rest 60% will be returned by store credit.

About the Loyalty Discount Bijoux Mart offer loyalty bonus for return customers. The loyalty bonus will calculate based on the amount of perious purchase amount. Which rewards customers with discounts against each order based upon the amount they have spent in prior periods. At the time of a customer order being placed, totals up the value of all previous orders this customer has placed over a pre-defined (1 week) rolling period of time and then applies a discount rate to current order For example, our pre-defined rolling period to a week of time, and discounts rate that gives 1.0% discount if customers have spent over USD 100 in the previous week (i.e previous 7 days, not calendar week), or 2.0% if whom have spent over USD 200.00 in the previous week. The discount rate is 1% for each USD 100 spent on perious rolling week. All the discount cannot redeem for cash amount and cannot transfer. Bijoux Mart keep the right to have final explaination of this policy.
